Total Rip-off! The item is completely different from what’s advertised online. I made my purchase on the Cutstizi site, but the product actually ships from Jammy Job, a name I’ve never come across before. They refuse to accept returns, and customer service is MIA when I try to reach out via email.

This outfit, JammyJob, is a total scam!!! They send you garbage that looks nothing like what’s advertised online. Then they have the audacity to make you return the item after you’ve already shipped it back. They should just shut down!!!

I got myself a matching dress and a shirt for men. It took three weeks to get the stuff, and when it finally showed up, the fit was way off and the material was just terrible. I usually wear a large, but according to their size chart, a 2XL was supposed to be the right choice. I reached out to them for a refund, explaining that the fit was way too big and the quality was lacking. Here’s the response I got: "We have provided a very clear size chart in the product description pictures, so it’s not our fault if the item doesn’t fit. We are bound by rules and policies, and according to our company policy, your reason for wanting to return this item is not valid since there’s no fault with the item or the order." If you received this, would you feel satisfied? It’s almost comical. Without diving into a whole debate about how a size chart doesn’t mean much, since everyone’s body is unique, I’m taking the time to warn future buyers to avoid this site, or you might end up writing a negative review too. *sigh*

This company refuses to take back clothes that don’t fit right. I got a large, which is usually my size, but it just didn’t sit well. It was too loose in some areas and snug in others—really bad quality. They have size charts (just like all the other clothing brands), so they won’t take returns for size issues. This feels like a scam, not a legit clothing business.

If it were possible to give no stars at all, I definitely would. My husband got me some pajamas for my birthday, but they ended up being way too small. He reached out about returning them just 10 hours after they arrived. The company's reply was basically, 'you knew the rules.' Seriously, what kind of business operates like this and still manages to survive? Watch out, and steer clear of ordering from them. They’re a total rip-off and a complete scam!!!

I placed an order for a purse back in May 2022, and it never showed up. It was marked as returned to the company, but after numerous emails and letters, they still wouldn’t give me my money back. They kept telling me to reach out to the mail service, who confirmed it was sent back. I lost over 60 bucks. I'm really upset that I even chose to shop with them. This company is the most dishonest one I've ever encountered! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! As a single retired lady, I feel completely cheated by them!

I ordered a purse in May 2022 and never received it. It showed returned to the company however after many contact letters with them they still refused to return my money. They kept sayin contact the mail service and they say it was returned. I was out 60plus dollars. Very unhappy that I did business with them in the first place. The item’s description and picture were totally off. I was under the impression I’d receive a linen blend, but it turned out to be all synthetic. The print in the photo made it seem like linen, which was misleading. Plus, they didn’t send the 'women's' style I ordered; instead, I got something boxy that seemed designed for men. Returning it was a total hassle! I spent over a month just waiting for replies and going back and forth. I had to ship it back to some address in Vietnam, which set me back about $50. I’m still waiting on my refund. Just a really bad experience and service overall.

The description and image of the item were misleading. I thought I was getting a linen blend material, it was completely synthetic and I realized the print they used in the image made it look like it was linen. They also did not send "womens" cut as I had ordered. They were boxy, made for men. Trying to return was a NIGHTMARE! It took a process of over a month waiting for their responses and going back and forth. I had to mail it back to some address in Viet Nam, which cost me about $50. I am still waiting for my refund. Terrible experience and service.

It took three weeks just to get it shipped... when it finally arrived, they slapped NAMA on the arm instead of the AV8R I specifically requested... They wouldn’t accept a return or give a full refund, only offering a measly 10% back... Plus, the quality of the sweater is just awful, feels like it’s made from a curtain or tablecloth and looks super homemade.

I've been attempting to find out how to send back an item that's gorgeous, but just way too large for me. I've shot off a bunch of emails to 'support' and another address, but after two weeks, I've heard nothing back. Honestly, I can't recommend this company right now.

I've made a few purchases from this brand and I really dig the apparel. Fits just right and the designs are awesome! Shipping takes a tad longer compared to other places, but hey, I'm not in a rush. I totally suggest this brand to anyone looking for a solid, well-crafted item. Just fantastic! I can't recall when I ordered, so ignore the date of my experience. It was sometime this year, though. I tried to put a date in, but I'm not sure exactly.

I’ve ordered from the company a couple of times and absolutely love the clothing. True to size and graphics are great! Ship times are a bit longer than other companies but, I’m not going anywhere. I recommend this company to anyone who wants a great, well made product. Fantastic! I don’t remember my order dates so disregard the date of experience. It was this year though. I put a date in but, don’t know exactly.
